In addition to being an an astrologer, I am a lifetime student of spirituality and have had many direct experiences of connection to the deep source of connection, the ‘One’ that is God. As a child, I regularly communicated with angels and nature spirits, and so much of this is second nature to me that I find it peculiar when people question it.

I am a life long student of Theosophy, yoga, Eastern religions, and Kabbalah. As a teenager, I went to many Buddhist events and was enlightened by their teachings and practices of chanting. In 2014 I had the pleasure to hear the Dalai Lama give a teaching in Dharamsala, India. And in 2015 I was delighted to receive a personal blessing from the Nechung Oracle, the State Oracle of Tibet who lives in the Dalai Lama’s compound.

One of the most elegant teachings that I have found is Huna, the shamanic tradition of Hawaii. Huna has a straightforward model of how the Low, Middle, and High Selves communicate, and teaches you how to contact and communicate with your Higher Self.

Also, my life has been blessed by the presence and teachings of Louise Hay.
